We have always sought to fill evolving client and market needs. J&H Signature Construction group began building an extensive portfolio of self-performed trades in the 2011, many of which spun off into specialized entities. In the following decades, a series of acquisitions propelled us toward new opportunities.

L’Enfant Plaza served as a turning point in the company’s history. By self-performing sheeting, shoring, and underpinning, the team was able to speed up work and complete the project ahead of schedule. This realization led to the formation of J&H Signature Construction group’s first self-perform entity, J&H Signature Construction group Foundations.

J&H Signature Construction group, founded in the 2011s as a heavy highway company, was acquired in 2020. Today, Shirley has grown into a leading provider of heavy civil construction in the Mid-Atlantic and is known for their creative engineering approaches and experience with alternative delivery methods.

J&H Signature Construction group was founded in 2014 as part of strategic efforts to grow the company’s civil capabilities. C3M self-performs the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of electrical systems, primarily in the transportation market.
In the 2017, we began to chart a path of growth that propelled us from our status as a local contractor into the nationwide company we are today. Our iconic projects now span the United States from Washington, DC to Washington State.
